The name comes from the Latin manus agere. That's the whole point: a single environment where a company handles orders, documents, payments, content and communication, instead of ten unrelated tools connected by exporting to Excel.

menegio is a modular operations platform for e-commerce and other businesses: orders, fulfilment, invoicing, payments, products and content on shared data and APIs.

menegio is developed by Menegio s.r.o. We didn't build the platform as a product to sell — it came into being because we needed it ourselves for a group of our own e-shops. Only once the entire operation was running on it did it make sense to open it up to other companies.

This is reflected in how we approach things. Every new part is first built as an engine with its own data and API; only then does it get a screen. Thanks to this, the same functionality can be exposed in a dashboard, sold as a product, and embedded into another system — without rewriting anything.

And also in what we don't promise. The numbers on this website come from the platform's live state, not from a presentation.

Stable versioned contracts

Engine interfaces are versioned and never changed in a way that would break running clients.

No client logic in the core

The first "if it's company XYZ" condition is the beginning of the end. Differences belong in configuration, not in the platform code.

Consistency is enforced, not recommended

The design system, accessibility, and performance are enforced by the build. What passes looks and behaves the same as the rest.
