A group of e-shops with bag printing across twenty European domains. Orders, documents, products, prices, emails and shipping all flow through menegio every day.
It is the largest and most demanding client of the platform — and at the same time the reason why the individual parts were not created on paper, but in production, where an error shows up the very same day.

An order from the e-shop creates a document and a proforma invoice in the ERP, generates a PDF and sends an email to the customer. Third-party integration tools around orders have been decommissioned.
Bank documents are recorded and payments are matched by the platform, not by a paid external service. A nightly check compares the bank, the platform and the accounting.
Websites, email templates, product data, photos and social media posts are all created in menegio — without per-user licences and without data held by third parties.
