The whole platform
A thin core, lots of standalone engines. Each domain has its own service with its own database, its own lifecycle and its own deployment — if one goes down, the rest keep running.
Over twenty applications that a company switches on individually, plus standalone products with their own domain and their own customers.
Three layers and an admin plane
Control API
The sole authority over data, permissions and licences. The dashboard, admin console and standalone products are all equal clients to it — no one has a privileged shortcut to the database. Versioned from the start, because external clients depend on it too.
Shell and modules
A stable shell with login, navigation and company context, into which apps are plugged in via a manifest. A new product means a new module, not a rebuild of the foundations.
Engines
Domain services with their own database: Accounting, payments, documents, content, design, translations, shipping, AI and more. Integration is done once and shared by all products.
What this means for you
Our own infrastructure in the EU
Data is stored on menegio's servers, not in third-party SaaS services: dedicated servers in the EU, containers, a reverse proxy and Cloudflare in front of everything.
Login tokens never leave the server
In front of every frontend stands a thin BFF: it handles login, keeps the session in an httpOnly cookie, and calls the API with a token on the server.
Multi-tenant from day one
Each company is an organisation with its own members, roles, and a set of active products. Licences are enabled per company, access to the application per person.
Four questions, four layers
Who you are, what the company has paid for, what of that you may access, and what you may do within it. A higher layer never bypasses a lower one — a right from the catalogue alone does not grant access to the application.
Money and documents
Accounting
An accounting layer on top of ERP: bidirectional synchronisation of documents, orders, partners, and inventory, a data mirror with conflict resolution and auditing
Payments
Connection to the bank and payment gateways, automatic matching of payments against documents, and an operator quarantine for what could not be matched
Documents
Templates for invoices, proforma invoices, tax documents and delivery notes with a visual editor, versions and a permanent shared PDF link
Contracts
Contract editor with protected fields, comments and change suggestions, versioning and control over who sees which area. AI can review the contract
Pricing
Modular pricing templates, price lists and transformations. The result is also used by the e-shop and other connected systems via API
Product and content
Products
Catalogue with families, attributes, categories and price lists. Import from data sources, statuses and publishing to individual sales channels
Brand Catalogue
Brand as a package: colours, fonts, logos and their variants in a versioned package, from which all other applications draw elements
CMS
Websites, pages with a block editor, articles, forms and their submitted data, global navigation and footer, SEO and scheduled publishing
Marketing
Graphic editor with canvas, curves and effects. Language × slide × format matrix and subsequent publishing of posts to social networks
Studio
Product photography with colour guarantee: shooting, colour checker measurement, correction and automatic background cropping
Translations
Translation memory, company glossary and translation review in three columns. Used by websites, emails and product texts
Communication and operations
Messages
Block templates of transactional emails with versions, publishing and conditions that determine to whom and from where they are sent
Notifications
One delivery layer underneath it all: email via its own mail infrastructure, push notifications to phones, system channels
Tasks and Notes
Projects, tasks with statuses and history, comments, attachments and tracking; alongside notes in notebooks and spaces
Analytics
Traffic and organic search by domains, languages and sources, year-over-year comparison and metric explanations right in the module
Legislation
Radar of regulations and a library of their texts with full-text and semantic search
Data, identity and AI
Customer and User Directory
Shared directory of companies and people directly in Control API. Other applications mirror it instead of keeping their own copy of contacts
Files and Drives
Platform storage with its own keys, quotas and public shared links with expiration, plus company shared drives
menegio AI
Shared AI layer: assistant in the dashboard, search across company documents, text suggestions, contract review
Identity and Archive
Customer identity graph across e-shops and brands plus archive of data from departing systems
Company Registers
One connection to state registries for verifying companies by company ID and VAT number, shared by all e-shops and applications
Standalone products and clients
apieasy
Visual process automation: canvas with nodes, connectors, login vault, triggers, run history and scheduled tasks
scantoprint
Kiosk and device that convert a scanned document directly to print. The device connects to the platform via its own protocol
Shipping
Carrier aggregation: labels, pickups, pickup points, shipment tracking. In live operation for EasyBag e-shops
EasyBag
A group of e-shops specialising in bag printing across twenty European domains. The largest and most demanding client of the platform — client
Oferio
B2B enquiry and purchasing platform with its own server. Consumes the platform's shared services — client
Why custom engines and not off-the-shelf boxes
Data resides on menegio servers
Not with a supplier who leases them back to you.
One integration for everyone
The connection to a bank, carrier, or ERP is set up once and shared by all products.
The price for another client is their configuration
No extra licence for every user.
Consistency is enforced, not recommended
One package of components and a single token dictionary. A custom shade outside the system breaks the build, not the code review — that's why the twentieth module looks just like the first.
Want to see it on your own data?
We'll show you the part that makes sense for you — without access to the bank and accounting.
