Data, identity and AI
Storage that belongs to you. Including the keys.
Platform files with your own encryption keys and quotas, shared links with expiry, and company shared drives for everyday document work.
Three layers
Platform storage
All applications save here: task attachments, product photos, PDF receipts. The keys are yours.
Shared links
Send a file via a link that can be time-limited or invalidated at any time.
Company drives
A place for everyday company documents, with the same login as the rest of the platform.
What this solves in practice
Attachments where they belong
The document is stored with the order or the product, not in one person's email.
Link instead of attachment
Large files aren't forwarded. The link can be turned off at any time.
Quotas and order
You can see what's taking up space, so the storage doesn't fill up unnoticed.
Data under your own keys
Encryption uses your own keys, which are not shared with anyone.
What you need
Decision about the structure
Which drives and who has access to them. The applications take care of the rest themselves.
People in the directory
Access is governed by the same users as the rest of the platform.
Nothing else
No more subscriptions for space on someone else's drive.
Frequently asked questions
Where does the data physically reside?
On infrastructure that we operate in Europe. It's not resold space with a global service.
Can a shared link be restricted?
Yes, by setting a time limit or invalidating it. A link that has reached someone else can be turned off without moving the file.
Will this replace the company drive we have?
For everyday document work, yes. The advantage is that the files sit alongside the data they belong to and have the same permissions.
