Communication and operations
Company mailboxes on your own server.
Your own mail server and company mailboxes with threads, drafts, and sending. The same login as the rest of the platform and the same domain that transactional emails come from.
What the mailbox can do
Threads
Conversations grouped together, not fifteen separate messages with the same subject.
Drafts and sending
Everyday mailbox tasks in the browser, without installing a separate client.
Your own server
Mail runs on infrastructure that we operate ourselves in Europe.
What this solves in practice
Mailboxes aren't hosted by a corporation
Company communication isn't paid per user and isn't read by a third-party advertising system.
One login
You access mail with the same identity as the rest of the platform.
Domain under control
Verification records and domain reputation are handled in one place along with sending messages to customers.
Connection to the rest of the platform
An email from a customer doesn't have to end up in one person's private inbox.
What you need
Domain
The one you have your emails on today, or a new one.
Decision on migration
Which mailboxes will move and when. It can be done person by person, not all at once.
Nothing else
The server, verification records, and operations are on us.
Frequently asked questions
Can we switch gradually?
Yes. Mailboxes are transferred person by person or department by department, old mail is preserved, and the domain stays the same.
Where are the emails stored?
On the platform's servers in Europe. Mailbox contents don't go anywhere and no one reads them for advertising purposes.
Can it handle multiple domains?
Yes. A company with multiple brands has mailboxes under individual domains and centralised management.
We'll go over what you have today
Tell us where your mailboxes are and how many there are. We'll agree on a process based on that.
