Communication and operations
One delivery layer for everything that needs to reach somewhere.
Email via your own mail infrastructure, push to phone and system channels under one layer. Rules decide who gets what — and it's traceable whether it arrived.
How delivery works
Through our mail servers under your domain. No third party between you and the customer.
Push to phone
What needs a fast reaction arrives on the phone, not in an overflowing inbox.
System channels
In-platform notifications where people are looking anyway.
What this solves in practice
Rules instead of sending to everyone
Whoever is responsible for the area gets the message. No one else does.
Everyone manages their own subscriptions
Users turn on or off what they want to receive without having to ask an administrator.
Delivery audit
For every message you can see who it went to and what happened to it.
One layer for all applications
Fulfilment, Tasks, and payments all send the same way. No one builds their own dispatch.
What you need
Domain
For sending under your own address, including verification records.
Decision on who needs to know what
This is the part the company has to state. The rest is configuration.
Nothing else
Push and system notifications don't need another service or licence.
Frequently asked questions
Do you send through a third-party mailing service?
No. Mail goes through the platform's infrastructure, which we run ourselves in Europe. Your customers' addresses never leave.
Can it be muted?
Yes. Subscriptions can be turned off by area, so nobody has to unsubscribe from everything just to mute one thing.
Is it possible to tell that a message didn't arrive?
Yes, delivery is logged. What fails is visible in one place and can be resent.
We'll show it on your operations
Tell us what people are missing today, and we'll show you how it would reach them.
