Data, identity and AI
AI that knows your company's context.
Assistant in the dashboard, search across company documents, text suggestions, and contract review. It's not a chat alongside your work, but a layer inside the modules you work in.
Where AI helps
Assistant in the dashboard
You ask what's in the platform, and you get an answer along with a link to where it comes from.
Company documents
It searches by meaning, not just by words. It finds even what's written differently from how you're asking.
Texts and review
A draft description, email, or post, and a first-pass reading of a contract that flags what's missing.
What this solves in practice
Knows the context of the modules
It doesn't write in general terms. It sees the products, records, and content the company works with.
Answer with a source
For every answer, you can see what it was based on, so it can be verified.
A human has the final word
Someone from the company always publishes, sends and approves.
One layer for the whole platform
The assistant isn't purchased separately for each tool.
What you need
Content it can search
Documents, contracts, product texts. The more there are, the more useful it becomes.
Access decisions
Who is allowed to use AI and which areas they have access to.
Nothing else
The AI layer is part of the platform, not a separate licence per user.
Frequently asked questions
Where does our data go?
Only what a given task needs goes into the language model — not the entire database. Documents, records and content remain stored in the platform.
Does the AI decide on its own?
No. It prepares a draft, a proposal or a notification. Sending, publishing and approving remain with a human.
Will the assistant also see what I don't have access to?
No. The same permissions apply as in the modules — the assistant cannot show more than you can see yourself.
We'll show it on your documents
Send a few contracts or product texts and see what AI extracts from them.
