What you do with documents
Visual template editor
Layout, fields and texts are composed in the editor, not in code. The graphics are managed by the brand from the Brand Catalogue.
Versions
A template change is a new version. A document issued last year stays in the form it was sent in.
Permanent link
The PDF has its own address that can be sent to the customer or to support. No one forwards attachments.

What you need
Company details and brand
The template takes the logo and colours from the Brand Catalogue, the rest is billing information.
Document sample
A PDF of the document you issue today is enough. The template is built based on it.
Data source
The document is filled from the order, from the e-shop, or from the ERP. Nothing is rewritten manually.
Frequently asked questions
Can we edit the template ourselves?
Yes, the editor is built for that. It's published as a version, so an edit never changes documents issued earlier.
Can it handle multiple languages and currencies?
Yes. Language and currency are properties of the document, not another template. Texts are taken from Translations.
Where is the PDF stored?
In the platform's storage on menegio's servers in the EU. The link can be shared and, when needed, limited in time.
